Beta privacy notice

This is an interim beta notice, not final legal advice. It must be reviewed before paid public launch.

Information submitted

The Quick Scan accepts a public website, business name, service area, service description and an optional email address. The beta scan does not require an account.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to run and improve the requested report, prevent abuse and respond when contact information is voluntarily provided. AERank does not sell submitted information.

Public website access

The scanner requests publicly accessible pages and files such as the homepage, robots.txt and sitemap.xml. Customers should not submit private portals, internal addresses or websites they are not authorized to assess.

Retention and providers

Production retention periods and the final list of service providers will be published before the paid beta opens. AI provider prompts will be designed to avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information.
